Value Leadership Strategy Manager (Finance)
Job Description:
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or the Equivalent
- 3+ years Strategy, Business Analysis, R&D, Engineering, Finance or Continuous Improvement experience
- 3+ years Project/Program Management experience
- Functional skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Supply Chain, Innovation, Product Management knowledge
- Proven ability to lead ideation, teams, and projects
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong drive for results
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Enable cross-functional delivery of Value Leadership targets and help build 3yr project pipeline
- Partner with functional teams to identify and drive projects that will reduce non-quality costs
- Lead ideation workshops in partnership with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and technical experts to identify project opportunities
- Identify value leadership opportunities through analysis, knowledge of business priorities, and connection to cross-functional leaders
- Lead desirability/viability/feasibility assessment and stakeholder alignment for Value Leadership/NQC projects
- Lead cross-function team through scoping and project charter development
- Liaise with local, regional, and global workstream leads to identify and scope projects for PNNA
