Systems Administrator (Project Management)
Hardware and Software Support: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure optimal performance. Build and maintain PMS (Property Management System) Shells. Help reconcile accounts in payment processing systems.
Onboarding and offboarding: Set up new users with appropriate systems access, order computer equipment (when necessary) and collect equipment at time of offboarding.
Network Administration: Manage and maintain network systems, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Ensure network security and connectivity.
User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, assisting them with hardware and software issues. This includes training employees on the use of computer systems and software applications. Maintain passwords across multiple platforms.
System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance checks and updates on IT systems to ensure they are running efficiently and securely.
Data Security: Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the organization's data. This includes monitoring for security breaches and ensuring data backup and recovery plans are in place.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and procedures. Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
Policy Development: Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance system efficiency and security.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements. Recommend and implement improvements to the organization's IT infrastructure. Assist with maintenance on proprietary databases and internal tools.
