We are seeking a visionary senior technical leader to guide engineering teams in designing, building, and operating cutting-edge multi-platform applications and services.
YOUR MISSION
As the Senior Director of Engineering, you will define the technical vision and lead a dynamic team of engineers, including technical leads and architects, to advance one of the world's premier online game platforms. In collaboration with product management, you will prioritize impactful features and oversee the development of high-performing web, PC, and mobile applications supported by a high-uptime global server network.
You will empower engineering leaders to achieve their goals by aligning teams, clearing obstacles, and enhancing customer experiences across our product portfolio. With proven expertise in scaling organizations and fostering growth within large teams, you will drive technical progress and implement successful strategies with passion and collaboration.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $206,000.00 - $381,004.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role's range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates, new hire compensation is negotiable.
