Heritage Village of Waterville is seeking an experienced long-term care or healthcare Human Resources Director to join our team, In a Full Time Monday through Friday opportunity!

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to take the next step in their career into a HR Director role. Starting negotiable salary for this opportunity is $55,000.
Typical schedule for this position is Monday through Friday with a weekend manager on duty rotation. Typical times at the community are 8:30am to 5pm but there is some flexibility in start and end time based on needs of the community and how you feel you can best serve the employees in the facility!
