Assembly Technician (Manufacturing)

This is a full-time, 1st shift position. We are seeking a reliable, independent, hardworking individual. The ideal candidate possesses integrity, is a team player, problem solver, communicates effectively, has a strong sense of urgency, and strives to meet or exceed customer expectations.
As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for:
Assembling hydraulic cylindersInspection of final assembliesPerforming hydraulic tests on cylindersInstalling various hydraulic cylinder components including bushings, bearings, grease zerks, seals etc.Cleaning and preparing cylinders for paintingPainting cylindersPackaging and preparing cylinders for shippingMaintain accurate within our ERP system (i.e. timekeeping, BOM management, etc...)

Be willing to help the team in any area needed Keep work area clean and tidy Follow all safety requirements as trained from safety program.Utilize required PPE Participate in continuous improvement Adhere to all policies laid out in the company handbook
