Patient Care & Assessment: Basic Patient Care: Provide routine patient care, including taking vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, and changing dressings.Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on their condition, treatment plan, and the use of DME.Observation and Reporting: Monitor patients' conditions, report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse or physician.Wound care: Provide wound care and manage dressings.
