Position Overview:
This position is for a hybrid Systems Test Engineer in Colorado Springs, CO. You will be working closely with a talented team to deliver a complex software application into operations. In addition to growing your skills as a Systems Test Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in other disciplines at Stratagem that offer you opportunities to develop new skills in areas across the tech industry.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical direction and requirement transparency across development teams
Performing requirements management including requirements creation, tracking, flow down, coverage, verification tracking, compliance matrices, etc.
Developing test procedures to formally verify system requirements for sell off events
Decomposing system requirements and collaborating with multi-disciplined, distributed teams to generate efficient and scalable solutions
Supporting the development, implementation, and verification of mission capabilities
Participating in the development and execution of program milestones events such as Customer meetings, internal and formal Government testing events, and discrepancy report (DR) review boards
Conducting testing events of software solutions and generating test result documentation
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Systems Engineering, IT or related field
At least 5 years of professional experience working in software development or systems engineering
Effective cross-organizational communicator with the ability to work well in a small team, fast paced environment
Ability to develop requirements
Ability to develop test procedures that verify requirements
Ability to develop tracings between requirements, code, and verification
Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
Active Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Current IAT Level II or III certification (i.e. Security , CISSP, or CASP)
Experience with using automated tests to sell off formal requirement verification
Experience with government Site Acceptance process and procedures
Experience in working with software-defined interfaces that use either XML or JSON to both document and implement
Experience with SATCOM or GEOINT systems
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and engage with virtual teams
Demonstrated business acumen and ability to balance technical requirements with business needs
Familiarity with Cloud Architectures and deployment requirements for US DoD
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and engage with virtual teams

Familiarity with Cloud Architectures and deployment requirements for US DoD
Experience in the operational deployment of multi-product baselines and functionality
Experience with Cameo modeling tools

Pay Range: $135,000 - $185,000
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
