The Role
The Visual Merchandising Manager plays a critical leadership role in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales across all North American UGG stores. Reporting to the Sr. Director of UGG, North America Retail, and collaborating closely with the Global Visual Merchandising team, this role ensures the consistency and excellence of visual execution, elevating the brand's appeal through coaching, training, and developing store teams.
The Visual Merchandising Manager partners with store teams to optimize top-line financial performance and KPIs while addressing unique challenges related to store size, type, volume, spatial constraints, and inventory levels.
In addition to overseeing store-level success, the Visual Merchandising Manager serves as the ambassador for global brand messaging, concepts, and initiatives. This role involves regular travel to provide hands-on support to stores and contribute to successful new store openings.

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
