Senior Financial Analyst - Corporate OPEX (Finance)

Role Responsibilities
The Senior Analyst, Corporate Opex, plays a critical role within the Global FP&A team, supporting the Corporate P&L pillar. The role is responsible for delivering actionable insights, forecasting, and reporting of corporate operating expenses. The Senior Analyst will partner with Corporate cost center leaders to ensure effective budget management and provide high-quality analysis to drive strategic decision-making. In addition, this team initiates and implements key process improvements related to month-end close, automated reporting, and forecasting.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
Develop and manage detailed budgets and forecasts for corporate cost centers, including tracking key drivers and variances
Support monthly and quarterly performance analysis, management reporting preparation and analyzing results to provide insightful analysis into key drivers and underlying trends
Support Digital & Technology leadership in managing their financial outlook and delivering on strategic priorities
Collaborate with IBP and Productivity team to continuously improve and standardize processes, tools, and reporting frameworks to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency
Ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling for strategic decision support
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g. Excel, EPM (BPC), and SAP)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Salary Range - The salary range for this role, based in Chicago with a salary range of $70,000 - $75,000 along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate's location, experience, and skillset. The range will vary if outside of this location.
