Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide compassionate and respectful care, ensuring residents' dignity and comfort at all times
• Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality care
• Monitor and document residents' conditions, reporting any changes to the nursing staff
