The Customer Lifecycle Marketing Center of Excellence is seeking a highly collaborative leader to drive the US Employer Customer Engagement Strategy across Medical, Dental and others Health Solutions. This role represents a dynamic opportunity to develop a holistic direct-to-consumer strategy, drive execution of multi-channel campaigns, and lead a team focused on enhancing the customer experience to drive business growth.
We are looking for a leader with deep marketing expertise and a passion for the customer. Leveraging customer research, human centered design techniques, and data insights will be critical in developing and continuously evolving your marketing strategy and execution plan. In addition to leading a team of marketing strategists, you will work closely with the extended marketing team, data & analytics, product teams becoming the 'go-to-expert' for customer engagement. You must be energized by working in a highly collaborative, agile environment.
