RESULTS STATEMENT
The Beds Technician ensures that landscaped beds are weed and garbage free.
TACTICAL WORK
Equips backpacks, accurately mixing chemicals as neededDifferentiates weeds versus desirable plantsSprays entire weed surface for areas under 4, when possibleHand-pulls live and dead weeds that are over 4Creates efficient walking and sequence strategiesCovers up any fabric and hides drip lines with mulch and creates an issue for an opportunityRedistributes mulch and ensure any mulch in grass is within bedsCleans out dead-wood and stragglers (not a full prune) of treesDeadheads flowers of perennialsBlows off any decksSafely drives truckPromptly enters correct information into AspireCollects and properly disposes of trash from job siteExhibits willingness to work on any company crew using assigned equipment (BSS prefers and provides opportunities for year-round employment)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
