VP - Brands and Campaigns (Finance)
As a key member of the Global Marketing + Communications Leadership team, this position collaborates with regional and country marketing leaders and Brand and Commercial Leaders Globally. It offers a dynamic marketer the chance to create inspiring campaigns that engage global audiences and enhance brand awareness and affinity.
Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities
• Lead the development of integrated campaign strategies across ManpowerGroup's owned, earned and paid ecosystem
• Synthesize and deeply understand brand, audience, and competitive insights to develop campaigns that build enduring brand equity and deliver business value
• Develop excellent brand relevant, audience-impactful content strategy
• Lead cross-functional teams across media, analytics, technology and operations, to flawlessly launch campaigns across channels, geographies and audiences
• Influence cross functional marketing and comms teams around the world - collaboration and relationships are key.
• Oversee and manage global agency delivery of breakthrough creative and end-to-end execution, ensuring clear scopes of work, excellence in creative and production and timely and efficient budget management
• Create and expand strong brand messaging platforms and campaigns that strengthen B2B and B2C awareness, build emotional relationships with our customers and engage internal audiences too
• Lead brand awareness agency and research and inspire marketing and business leaders with findings and recommendations
• Partner closely with Strategic Communications, Digital Marketing, Brand, Sales and Operations leaders to ensure that campaigns align and amplify with our business strategy.
• Partner with Digital / Analytics team to develop KPI framework and establish ongoing brand tracking and enable data-driven approach to campaigns
People Leadership
• Manage 3-5 direct reports
• Work in cross functional teams of up to 15 people
Qualifications:
Required Experience & Skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 10 years of experience in brand or consumer marketing in-house / agency / CPMG or global organization leading integrated brand campaigns for global brands
• Experience across industries; experience in B2B and B2C, digital and offline / OOH
• Demonstrated ability to understand audience needs, extract key insights, and translate these into meaningful strategies and in market results
• Preference for global experience across markets, cultures, and languages.
• Track record of successfully pulling through brand campaigns across owned digital channel ecosystem, partnering with media to develop unique brand amplification opportunities and executing earned strategies that grow brand value and relevance
• Strong executive presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively influence senior leaders and colleagues at all levels
• Exceptional collaboration skills - can skillfully coordinate and problem solve across cross-functional teams and foster highly productive cross-functional relationships
• Thrives in a high energy environment and works effectively in unchartered territory. Ability to drive team to results, take accountability and meet deadlines
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking - ability to establish leading and lagging indicators for the brand and adjust strategies based on performance
