Director of Digital Commerce Analytics (Finance)

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Strategy and Analytics Transformation, the Director of Digital Commerce Analytics will be responsible for developing insights and strategies to accelerate the growth of Kimberly-Clark's North America Omnichannel business and drive the development of our digital commerce capabilities. The Director will partner closely with leaders across Brand Management, Omnichannel Commerce, Sales, and Marketing, and manage a team of up to 3 analysts.
In this role, you will:
Set the Strategy for Digital Commerce Analytic Capabilities:
Define North America's roadmap to accelerate the development of digital commerce analytics capabilities.
Map existing opportunities across data, tools, and processes.
Own relationships with senior analytics stakeholders across Retail Media networks, technology vendors, and consulting partners.
Identify external trends on analytics and best-in-class capabilities in the market.
Evaluate the tech stack against the roadmap and assess external partners.
Develop standards for measuring performance.
Perform Analyses to Identify Acceleration Opportunities:
Lead analyses to identify opportunities to accelerate eCommerce growth across categories and customers, covering assortment and pricing, retail media, digital shelf, ratings and reviews, competitive activity and competitor insights
Build Organizational Capabilities on Digital Commerce analytics:
Lead the development of analytics capabilities across the organization through frameworks, tools, and data adoption.
Partner with other functions to develop analytics trainings in Digital Commerce.
Work with Cross-Functional Teams to Execute on Analytics Strategy:
Partner with appropriate teams to execute the analytics strategy, including Data & Analytics Product Management, Brand Teams, Omnichannel, Category Management and Customer Teams, RGM and external partners (i.e.: Retail Media Agency, data vendors).
Lead cross-functional wiring across functions to integrate eCommerce analytics in North America's operating rhythm and improve ways of working.
Drive alignment around capability and business priorities with Omnichannel VP, Sales President, Marketing Collective VP, ABU Presidents and GMs, and other senior leaders
Functional/Business skills
Expertise in CPG and eCommerce
Knowledge of key players in CPG, dynamics and trends, key industry analyses and metrics, etc.
Proficient in eCommerce operations and KPIs, inclusive of Retail Media networks, organic and paid growth strategies, and landscape of data and technology players
Leading & Embedding Change:
Steer team work to deliver organizational priorities and proactively identify change management efforts to evolve ways of working
Lead a complex project or multiple projects, manage resources, interdependencies, and mitigate risks
Influence & Stakeholder Management: Independently navigate organizational complexities to deliver results, effectively aligning interests across levels and functions
Written & Verbal Communication: Effectively leads senior leadership communications, including effective verbal presentations and crafting of storylines
Executive Presence: Capable of influencing Leadership Team decision making
Business Judgment: Possesses insight and understanding in dealing with risks and opportunities in business that is likely to lead to favorable outcomes
Initiative and Motivation: Highly motivated self-starter who is performance driven
Project Management: Ability to scope projects, manage teams, and deliver results against set expectations, timelines, and budgets, etc.
Consumer (CPG and Retail) Industry Knowledge:
Engaging and Collaborative: Enjoys working in a team environment
Change Management: Capable of understanding organizational dynamics, individual incentives, and barriers to change to implement new ways of working consistent with business priorities
Knowledge and Enthusiasm for K-C: Knowledge of the K-C organization, brands, metrics, etc.; enthusiastic about the potential strategic options facing Kimberly-Clark
Agile and Versatile: Demonstrated track record of success working in a fast-paced environment
Scope of Experience: Experience working in the context of a large, complex, global organization where working across functions and teams, and leading through influence are keys to success

Bachelor's degree required; MBA from a top-tier business school highly preferred
15+ years of experience in highly analytical roles, including Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, and Insights and Analytics roles
5+ years of experience building and leading high-performance teams
Direct experience at a CPG or retailer leading eCommerce teams
Proven experience in building high-performing teams that develop strong partnerships with stakeholders and encourage professional growth
Demonstrated success in driving business results through objective and fact-based analysis

Salary Range: $181,000 - $235,000 USD
