Certified Nursing Assistants Evenings (Healthcare)

Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking a compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant to assist with our geriatric aged client who resides in the Norwell area.

Available Shifts:
Evenings 5p-11p. Monday-Sunday

CNA Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting with daily living activities, including toileting, incontinence care, dressing, grooming, nail care, oral hygiene, and skin integrity maintenance.
- Monitoring vital signs, facilitating daily exercises according to the client's care plan, performing range of motion exercises, and walking.
- Assisting the client to the dining room for her meals or confirming meal to be eaten in her room.
- Adhering to infection control protocols, wiping down counters, cabinets, doorknobs, and tables with antibacterial wipes.
- Assisting facility staff with daily support such as laundry, folding, putting away clothes, changing sheets, maintaining a safe and clean home environment for the client.
- Engaging with your client in fun, stimulating activities to create joyful moments, encouraging your client to participate in Facility activities.
- Engaging with your client in meaningful conversations
- Skilled in assisting with transfers, promoting the use of the client walker
- Proficient in dementia care
- Competently documenting shift activities digitally using a smartphone throughout your shift
- CNA would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
