Deposit Operations Systems Specialist (Administrative)
Works with applicable departments on projects to implement and improve key operations systems to bank's needs.
Assists with updates for various software programs including research, testing and implementation.
Sets up and supports users in operations systems and ancillary programs.
Utilizes software vendor support services and websites to identify, troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Files and follows up on cases with software vendors regarding issues and enhancements for programs.
Creates and modifies procedures for new/existing software as needed.
Assists with creating/updating documents and forms.
Generates and distributes reports using various programs.
Understand and support all BSA/AML responsibilities as applicable to the position as well as consistently, accurately, and timely carry out these responsibilities in compliance with the Bank's internal policies.
Other duties as applicable.

Excellent organizational skills as well as strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work on various projects simultaneously, and display the ability to prioritize
Ability and desire to adapt quickly to emerging technologies and applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on technical, computer related subject matter. (I.e. technical documentation, checklists, company/departmental communications, projects, and detailed and accurate issue descriptions and resolutions.)

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years related education or equivalent experience.
The Candidate must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office products including but not limited to Word and Excel.
Experience with any of the following Operations Systems beneficial but not required: Fiserv's DNA; Alkami's Online Banking; Fiserv's Client Central; Fiserv's Nautilus .
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals and release notes. Ability to write business correspondence, and policies using proper grammar and accurate spelling.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as balances, payments, interest, etc.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Organizational, priority setting, and decision-making skills are also required.
