Senior Manager, Digital Services - CuraScript SD - Hybrid (Lake Mary, FL) (Finance)
The Senior Manager, Digital Services will be responsible for managing maintenance, development and design of CuraScript SD's SAP Hybris Commerce Platform, CSOS Online and Salesforce CRM. The senior manager will support the overall Digital Services strategy. This includes collaborating with internal and external cross-functional team members of designers, developers and business stakeholders to create an effective Online Ordering Platform (ECOMM), CSOS online and Salesforce CRM user-centered experience. This role will need to partner closely with the technology, operations, sales and marketing teams. The successful candidate will be a self-directed, proactive individual who brings a natural intellectual curiosity and appetite for action to the role and is comfortable with a fast-paced, changing environment. Candidates must be able to collaborate on the development of their strategies and be able to demonstrate successful outcomes influencing in a matrixed environment. The senior manager will also oversee four Customer Service Senior Analysts.
Responsibilities
Oversee SAP Hybris Online Ordering Platform, CSOS Online and Salesforce CRM
Assist in the development of the overall Digital Services strategy and roadmap for the division.
Collaborate with internal departments to conceptualize new site features based on business needs and web strategy.
Responsible for development, execution, and continuous refinementof our Salesforce CRM
Work with IT and Marketing to ensure graphic design and interaction is consistent with user interface requirements and usability best practices.
