Lead Training Specialist (Remote) (Finance)
As a Lead Training Specialist, your Impact is Vital! The Lead Training Specialist is responsible for supporting call center operations through the development and delivery of both onsite and virtual training programs. This role involves scheduling, preparing, conducting, and tracking training sessions while ensuring compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations. The specialist will work closely with supervisors and managers to assess staff learning needs, monitor compliance with industry standards, and recommend improvements to training workflow processes. Additionally, they will assist with annual competency assessments, maintain training records, and ensure that quality assurance standards are met within the call center.
This position may also involve supervisory responsibilities, including managing direct or indirect reports, providing feedback, and supporting professional development. A strong candidate will have at least one year of training experience in a medical or call center environment, with prior leadership experience preferred. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an understanding of adult learning principles. The ideal candidate should be able to present training in both virtual and in-person settings while fostering a collaborative learning environment for staff at all levels.

Knowledge/ Education
1. Associate degree or combination of education and experience may be considered in
lieu of a degree required.
2. Knowledge of Blood Banking processes for specified training area preferred.
Licenses/ Certifications
1. None
Experience
1. One year of training experience in a medical or call center environment required.
2. Prior experience as a supervisor or lead with direct or indirect reports preferred.
Skills/Abilities
1. Must possess the skills and abilities to successfully perform all assigned duties and
responsibilities.
2. Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
3. Ability to work in a team environment.
4. Strong presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
5. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
6. Ability to work with all levels of staff.
7. Intermediate level of proficiency or greater in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel,
Outlook, and PowerPoint.
8. Basic Knowledge of curriculum development.
9. Ability to present training or course materials in-person or virtual learning
environment.
10. Understanding of adult learning principles, design, and methodologies
