Human Resources Interviewer (Finance)
Position Summary:
In this position, you will be responsible for confidential recruitment screening, interviewing and selection of new hires. In this hybrid role, you will work from our Stevens Point campus when hiring for our production area and may work from the comfort of your home office when hiring for our contact center.
Successful candidates should have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
• Ability to assess candidates in relationship to the criteria needed to be successful employees.
• Excellent telephone techniques and overall communication skills.
• Strong organizational and follow up skills.
• Excellent human relations skills and the ability to handle confidential matters.
• Capability of planning and setting priorities with minimum supervision in a fast-changing environment.
• Ability to promote Lands' End and our job opportunities.
• Strong PC skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, SharePoint and Excel.
• Available minimum of 12 hours per week.
Preferred Skills:
• One to two years' experience within Recruitment, other Human Resources function, or leadership is a plus.
• Knowledge of current legal guidelines in the employment process is a plus.
Shift:
Flexible options to work 4-8 hour shifts between the hours of 9am-7pm CST 1-3 days per week. This position requires work from our Stevens Point facility.
