Position Overview:

• Schedule: Night Shift (6:45 pm - 7:00 am, 2-2-3 shift rotation)
• Work-Life Balance: Work half of the month with every other weekend as a 3-day weekend!
• Location: 860 Garden St, Elyria, OH 44035

Competitive Pay with Progression Opportunities:

• Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour + $2/hr shift differential
• Progression Pay: You control your earnings! Start at $20/hr and have the opportunity to increase up to $25/hr based on training, performance, and qualifications. The more you learn, the more you earn!

Your Role as a Line Operator:

As a Line Operator, you'll be responsible for ensuring the extrusion lines run smoothly and the final products meet the highest standards of quality. This is a hands-on role that involves:

• Operating extrusion lines and ensuring accurate product quality.
• Collaborating with your team to meet production goals and timelines.
• Performing quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications.
• Monitoring and adjusting operating conditions for optimal performance.
• Maintaining safety standards at all times, keeping yourself and your team safe.

What We're Looking for in You:

• Manufacturing Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role or environment.
• Team Player: A reliable, punctual individual who thrives in a collaborative setting.
• Safety-First Mentality: Commitment to using personal protective equipment and maintaining safety on the job.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and stand or remain stationary for long periods. Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Familiarity with tools and systems like extruders, printers, vacuum systems, and quality control standards is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Strong math skills and the ability to perform calculations and measurements accurately.

The compensation for this position is typically $20/Hour. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-relat knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
