Employee Benefits Producer - Remote/Dallas (Project Management)

As an Employee Benefits Producer at Your-Policy, you'll help clients across all industries to develop, obtain, and manage effective employee benefits strategies that help the companies grow and maintain a healthy, thriving workforce. Employee Benefits Producers are responsible for driving revenue growth by building and maintain valuable relations with prospects and clients.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop and acquire new business revenue through direct business to business sales
Collaborate with other sales verticals to introduce Your-Policy's full product line to broaden the scope and impact of client relationships (Commercial P&C, Payroll, etc.)
Consult with clients and demonstrate deep technical expertise to reduce cost, risk and improve the overall competitiveness of benefits plans
Build and maintain effective relationships across the company that are consistent with our workplace culture

Requirements

2 years consultative B2B sales experience, preferably in employee benefits administration or adjacent industries
Demonstrated success developing new business as well as maintaining existing clients
