What You'll Do:

• Own the Vision & Drive Growth - Lead our sales and operational strategy, managing full P&L responsibility while hitting aggressive growth targets
• Lead Sales & Business Development - Build and scale a high-performing sales team, drive pipeline growth, and partner with customers to create customized kitting and packaging solutions
• Optimize Operations & Execution - Develop an efficient, results-oriented team, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to client specifications
• Forge Strategic Partnerships - Identify and onboard key vendors to support our expansion, keeping quality and innovation at the forefront
• Elevate Customer Experience - Work closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless, top-tier experience from start to finish

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in sales and operations leadership, preferably in kitting, packaging, manufacturing, or sourcing solutions
• A proven track record of developing customized solutions and leading teams to exceed sales & operational targets
• Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and experience driving new revenue opportunities
• Ability to inspire, mentor, and build a high-performing team to accelerate growth.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to balance big-picture vision and hands-on execution
• Willingness to travel as needed to engage with customers, vendors, and internal teams
