Managing Director, Head of Platform Sales (Remote) (Finance)
The Managing Director, Head of Platform Sales will report to the President, Health & Benefits. This role is responsible for establishing a differentiated pipeline of clients. They will lead and define the business strategy to pursue opportunities to increase growth channels. The Head of Platform Sales will be responsible for focusing on opportunities with strategic accounts by utilizing deep consultative sales efforts. Will optimize and successfully leverage existing and new channel partner relationships to exceed growth objectives. This role will be responsible for scaling our platform sales organization focused primarily on new logo acquisition. Additionally, the Head of Platform will be responsible for developing an extensive network of contacts and relationships within the health and benefits industry to identify new leads and manage pipelines.
Design & create a sales plan that drives double digit growth on revenue across our product suite.
Establish an operating model to optimize growth from our various distribution channels including Payroll/HCM, Financial Institutions, TPAs, and Health Plans.
Design an effective sales operations function to provide targeted decision support on prospects and communicates a differentiated value story in the market.
Evaluates cross sell opportunities within the global enterprise to scale growth for CDB and leads the design of a differentiated market offering (e.g., PBM cross sell)
Evaluates new channel partner distribution and works with peers to develop supporting business case/strategy and proforma.
Leads the market competitive analysis to aid the strategic decision making and development of key messaging/positioning in support of the business.
Partner with the Product team on new products required in the market and opportunities to penetrate the platform market.
Drives innovative sales and distribution strategies and supports best practice deployment across all sales teams. Identifies, cultivates, and maintains strong relationships with all constituents, both internal and external (key customers and their affiliate organizations, corporate leaders, etc.)
Participates and presents at external industry events; serves as the voice of Inspira/CDB in the marketplace and is viewed as a key industry/community leader.
Coaches, mentors, and manages performance of team members; drives talent development and actively builds bench for key roles.
Demonstrate excellent executive presence and presentation material skills

Own results for every aspect of the department, to include headcount/resource planning, metrics, team member engagement, and operational execution
Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff.
Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
