Maintenance Assistant (Maintenance)

Successful candidates will have the following:
- Maintenance experience (Jack of All Trades)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
Your day to day:
You'll provide assistance in caring for our residents by ensuring that our facility is well-maintained and safe. You'll work under supervision of our Maintenance Director to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
