Wagner Equipment Co., the Caterpillar Dealership for Colorado, New Mexico, and far west Texas is seeking applications for a Human Resources Business Partner in Aurora, CO.
Salary Grade/Level/Family/Range: (Starting at: $71,000.00 annually)
Position Summary: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a consultant to business leaders, aligning HR strategy with business needs and fosters positive employee relations. The HRBP is responsible for supporting business units by ensuring effective HR management, coaching leaders, conducting investigations, overseeing compliance, and managing HR-related data and reporting. This position reports into the HR Manager.
