What you'll do
You'll be communicating with a growing 26.7+ million member subscriber base and helping to craft communications like:
BA/BS Degree, preferably in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Technology, or equivalent working experience.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years' experience in the financial services industry and digital marketing in the email channel
Proven experience in marketing copywriting and content creation, preferably for consumer financial products or related industries.
Excellent editing and proofreading skills to help us to maintain brand voice consistency.
What could set you apart
Visual design skills: Conceptualize, design, and develop engaging digital creative assets, including graphics, animations, videos, and other multimedia content for CRM channels (email, site, and app).
Experience with multi-channel marketing journeys (email, SMS, mobile). Highly effective communicator and skilled relationship-builder. Familiarity writing and/or editing HTML.
Strong aptitude for learning product-specific information and translating it into consumer-friendly messaging.
