Epic Intern in Revenue Cycle - Seasonal Hire (Finance)
Compensation is hourly, and there are no benefits associated with this role. You be working out of our University Professional Building in a flexible hybrid remote and on-site schedule.
Position Key Accountabilities:
1. Assists in training curriculum technology solutions and building course catalogs that will be available to our clinicians and end-users
2. Assists in testing of the EPIC EMR system.
3. Assists in planning and execution of roadshows and engagement events to prepare end-users for the new system.
4. Assists with coordinating with internal resources and third parties/vendors for on-time completion of deliverables.
5. Assists with ongoing support to users/clients to resolve problems.
6. Performs other duties as assigned.
Certification/Skills:
Dependable team member who is self-motivated, energetic, wants to learn, great at troubleshooting, has an affinity to training and technology and enjoys a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, able to work under tight time frames, multi-task, prioritize, and complete duties in a timely manner. Good reasoning capabilities.
Minimum Education:
A bachelor's degree is preferred, preferably in information systems or healthcare administration. May substitute required education with equivalent years of additional experience beyond the minimum experience requirement.
