Residential Fire Sprinkler Foreman (Construction)
Job Summary
Responsible for scheduling work and act as a point of contact for onsite employees and customers. Your role includes overseeing daily operations on the job site, ensuring that all work is completed in compliance with company standards and local fire codes. You will be the primary liaison between the field team and project management, facilitating clear communication and efficient workflow. Additionally, you will mentor and guide team members, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
Essential Duties
Report project progress to direct supervisor.
Assign tasks according to employee strengths.
Ensure onsite safety for employees and customers.
Track daily project progress.
Liaison between workers and supervisors.
Qualifications
Understands fire sprinkler designs and layouts.
Previous experience in a role of leadership.
Ability to organize work schedules.
Job Requirements
Excellent project management skills
Experience in Hydraulic calculations and field surveying
Managing cost and understanding project budgets
Safety/Physical Requirements
Ability to continuously walk and stand
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Ability to squat, bend, climb, pull, and lift
Related Experience
Previous experience in construction or a similar field is preferred.Previous experience leading a team is preferred.
Education
Combination of experience and education requirements can be substituted for minimum education requirements.
Reports to: Superintendent
Pay Rate: $22.00-$25.00
Classification: Non-exempt, full Time, In Person
