CNA (Healthcare)

Sacramento Post-Acute, is a 5-Star 94-bed skilled nursing and sub-acute care facility. The services we provide include trach care and ventilator management (sub-acute wing), wound care, short-term rehabilitation, and daily living care for long-term patients. We have a nurse practitioner, 24/7 respiratory therapists, Therapy MD and treatment nurses to support you. We also have Nursing Schools, CNA schools, and a Respiratory Therapy school that perform their clinical rotations at our facility.

We have an opening on the NOC shift (10pm - 6am).

You will learn to manage care for patients on a ventilator or trache. This is an excellent opportunity for you to gain the subacute experience that hospitals and RN schools like to see as part of your work history.

What We're Looking For:

• Certification: CNA in California
• Experience: Prior work in skilled nursing or sub-acute care is a plus
• Team Player: Proactive, patient-focused, and collaborative
• Strong Communicator: Excellent documentation and interpersonal skills
