Overview The Associate Director, Marketing Operations will serve as the cross-functional operational lead for in-line and pre-launch brands including Ensitrelvir, a novel 3CL protease inhibitor for the treatment of SARS-CoV-2 and have responsibility for coordinating and managing related processes, launch readiness, and communications. The role will also coordinate and develop internal Brand plan and launch readiness presentations, orchestrate key cross-functional meetings, and conduct commercial/marketing analysis as needed. Responsibilities
Manage US Brand planning and launch processes including;
Launch readiness tracking across the organization
Strategic planning and presentations to Leadership
Business case development and revisions
Operating plans and budgets
Launch readiness presentations
US Regulatory Review Committee process coordination and coordination of materials review across the portfolio of products
Identifying and leading analysis needed to support Ensitrelvir launch as part of Brand planning process
Report and communicate with key internal stakeholders including Ensitrelvir Launch Leadership Team, Executive Leadership Team, and Core workstreams
Serve as US Launch Planner for Ensitrelvir launch, managing the integrated launch process across cross-functional workstreams
Support Marketing in communications and tasks relating to Ensitrelvir key activities and deliverables during pre-launch and launch phase
Coordinate with other teams including Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, Operations, Analytics, Finance, R&D, and others in the planning efforts related to pre-launch preparations for Ensitrelvir
Support and align cross-functional processes and communications with key stakeholders
Minimum Job Requirements Qualifications
BA/BS degree required
A minimum of seven (7) years' experience in pharmaceutical or biotech organization with a minimum of two (2) years' marketing experience preferred
Product launch experience required; primary care or consumer launch experience highly preferred
Project management experience
Experience creating integrated launch plans, trackers and go-to-market plans
Proven experience developing new processes and tools to support launch project planning and tracking
Experience working closely with Marketing leads and team members to ensure alignment on project deliverables, bottlenecks, milestones and other project items
Experience working with cross-functional project teams in order to create, track, adapt and push forward launch deliverables
Experience and understanding of launch governance process
Competencies
Strong financial acumen skills and proven experience
Proven track record of effective project leadership experience in a life sciences organization e.g., pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device company
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Technology savvy, business oriented and nimble learning abilities

Other Requirements
Ability and willingness to travel approximately 10% of the year.
Must live a commutable distance to our US Corporate Headquarters in Florham Park, NJ. Office presence required at least 3 days per week

Ability to travel via automobile and/or airplane.
Ability to view video display terminal images
Ability to operate a computer keyboard and telephone.
