Position Summary
Drives transformational change that may involve complex new business or technical processes, development and introduction of new vendor partners or providers, or introduction of new technology. Implement changes that will impact a significant number of stakeholders across the organization and will present challenges in complexity or deadlines. What You'll Do:
This is an opportunity for a Senior IT Analyst to lead the Business Analyst effort for Erie Family Life initiatives. Currently, this work is focused on the Erie Family Life Re-Architecture program which is in progress. This program is transitioning ERIE's Life products to both new front-end and back-end modern technical platforms. This role would be an opportunity to lead a large-scale, high-priority effort from the Business Analyst perspective, across multiple business and IT units in an Agile environment.
May perform duties in one or more of the following related disciplines: business requirement elicitation and story card drafting, quality analysis and testing, plan management, technical process design adherence, stakeholder engagement management and business product analytics. Participates in the execution and implementation of technology solutions and enterprise standards and works to assure successful outcomes.
