Business Analytics Advisor-Hybrid (Finance)
Responsibilities-
• Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement;
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with regulatory compliance and industry standards;
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations;
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to measure the success of implemented solutions;
• Develop detailed business requirements documents (BRDs) that clearly define project scope, functionality, and user stories;
• Work with technical teams (e.g., developers, designers) to translate business requirements into technical specifications;
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery;
• Stay up to date on industry best practices and emerging technologies relevant to business analysis, to propose innovative solutions;
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes related to pharmacy benefit management, including claims processing, formulary management, and utilization review;
• Develop techniques to evaluate pharmacy claims data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for decision-making;
• Participate in meeting with customers to refine requirements;
• Translate many data projects into business stories that can be told effectively to stakeholders and leadership; and
• Identify and create data analysis methods that can be used to identify, measure data and process performance.

• The salary for this position is $98,606.
Qualifications-
• Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Information Systems, computers or engineering;
• 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or a related occupation;
• Experience conducting business analysis, E-Commerce, Cloud Product Management, New Product Development, Business, Change Management, Customer Service, Inventory Management, Operations Management, Strategic Planning, A/B Test, MVP;
• Experience performing cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and FIT/GAP analysis, SWOT analysis, Profitability & cost analysis;
• Experience using MS project, Confluence, JIRA, Agile/Scrum Methodology, Waterfall methodology;
• Experience extracting and analyzing large healthcare claims using Toad, Oracle SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, SAS, Teradata, Databricks;
• Experience using Tableau, Power BI, Advance Excel, lucid chart and other visualization tools to display advanced, interactive dashboards and reporting used to drive clinical strategy;
• Experience utilizing statistical and data extraction tools to perform statistical tests and studies using Minitab, Salesforce CRM, AWS;
• Experience identifying, analyzing and interpreting trends or patterns in data sets through descriptive and multivariate statistics;
• Experience developing actionable insights from reporting and analytics, and presenting to non-technical business partners and stakeholders to drive the decision-making process;
• Experience working collaboratively and partnering with departments across organizations to ensure deliverables are accomplished;
• Experience leading or supporting cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational workflows, reducing costs, and enhancing service delivery to clients and members; and
• Experience staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting the PBM landscape, and proposing innovative solutions accordingly.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 96,000 - 160,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
