Program Specialist - YMCA of the Ozarks (Construction)

Deliver programming and other member services that meets the needs of the community and fulfill YMCA objectives.
Coordinates use of facilities for program activities and events.
Ensures proper maintenance and upkeep of all Ozarks facilities.
Implements and ensures a high level of standards and safety in all programs and activities.
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proper completion of documentation where required.
In all things be sure to keep the guests experience at the forefront of every duty completed.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Facilitates programs and teambuilding for Y of the Ozarks.
Assists with the implementation of evening programs
Assists in implementing outdoor education curriculum as needed.
Manages meals and acts as Meal Host when assigned.
Facilities recreational activities such as Archery, Climbing, Axe Throwing and other activities.
