As a technically proficient and consultative guide, you will be an SME in developing outstanding On-The-Job training materials. This pivotal role ensures that our personnel are strictly trained to uphold our high standards.
Collaborating with various asset teams, you will determine training objectives and successfully implement effective learning solutions. As the POC for curriculum development, you will lead cross-asset training projects and support new or modified roles, ensuring flawless execution.

In this role, you will promote a Quality Culture by understanding and advocating for GMP approaches and attitudes. You will coordinate our aseptic behavior certification program and conduct regular GEMBA walks to reinforce accurate gowning and aseptic techniques.
Coordinate the aseptic behavior certification program for employees in the manufacturing aseptic environment, including providing support to cleaning and facilities staff.
Conduct regular GEMBA walks and observe employees to reinforce consistently completed aseptic techniques.
Hands-on trainer for aseptic behavior within classified manufacturing areas.
Monitor Aseptic Process Simulation (APS) Media Fills and commercial runs, improving training methods and developing materials to address improvements.
Provide aseptic technique support during smoke studies.
Develop and deliver GMP training modules passionate about accurate aseptic behavior and maintaining an aseptic environment.
Coach and mentor employees on maintaining low bio burden during line clearing/cleaning, runs, and interventions.
Collaborating with MFG and QA, you'll be responsible for developing action plans to address alert limits in garment sampling and improve employees' technique. By encouraging an inclusive and collaborative environment, you'll help us achieve our ambitious goals.
