Lonza AG is seeking an exceptionally dedicated individual for the position of Site IT Lead Portsmouth Specialized Modalities. Situated in New Hampshire, USA, this role is integral to our continuous growth and success in the global market! Join us to lead the IT function at our specialized manufacturing site and collaborate with world-class teams to successfully implement innovative solutions.
Key responsibilities
Act as the IT Business Partner (BP) ensuring flawless collaboration between the Global IT function and business operations.
Deliver IT-OT applications and infrastructure for the green field facility Albacore.
Ensure IT Service Delivery meets the needs of the site and its customers.
Act as the main contact for all IT-related matters at the site, managing collaborator expectations and offering general IT advice.
Develop and maintain the Site IT Master Plan and Reporting mechanisms.
Lead the IT demand and coordinate the IT project request process.
Prepare and represent IT during internal and external regulatory inspections and audits.
Advocate for IT standards and contribute to defining new standards both at the Site and Globally where vital.
Key requirements:
Demonstrable understanding of IT landscape within a pharmaceutical company.
Previous experience at a Manufacturing site within the pharmaceutical industry is highly advantageous.
Familiarity with IT-OT applications for Pharma Manufacturing.
Knowledge of Computer System Validation.
Proficient in IT technologies and industry advancements.
Demonstrated customer focus and strong collaborator support skills.
