Supervisor, Field Inventory is responsible for assisting Manager of Field Inventory for maintaining all field inventory which includes consignment, trunk stock, loaners, evaluations, and demo equipment. This role works closely with the Sales Teams and Customer Service to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time while following internal processes and adhering to approved PAR levels. This role would coordinate the workflow of the Field Inventory Team (FIT) and provide support and training to team members.

*Please Note* This is not a warehouse inventory role; this role is responsible for supervising field inventory team and activities.What you'll be doing

• Supervises the Field Inventory Specialist that all processes are followed accurately. (Audits, Return of Expiring Product, Consignment Agreements, PAR Levels, etc.)
• Supervise and oversee schedules of team members to ensure adequate coverage for work volume.
• Coordinate, assist, and review consigned inventories with sales reps and/or distributors to ensure accurate field inventory levels and accuracy of field trunk stock via audits.
• Supervise workflow of Inventory Specialists and provides onsite support and training to all team members.
• Works with department manager to review and make continuous improvements to the inventory process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coaches and develops Field Inventory Specialist to ensure focus and alignment with company goals.
• Works with department manager to identify problems and negative trends with customers regarding policy, contracts and updates key personnel regarding all findings.
• Evaluates team members' performance to ensure adequate employee development and processes annual review and written appraisals.
• Supports Sales Management team by investigating concerns and discrepancies related to inventory processing.
• Research concerns examined by relevant information to determine accuracy and responsibility of error with corrective action.

What you'll bring to the table

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years related experience OR candidate without degree should have a minimum of 5 years related experience
• Field inventory and return material experience required
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with aggressive deadlines
• Work closely with other team members and function efficiently under pressure and time restraints
• Detailed knowledge of field inventory, customer service, and follow-up functions
• Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams
• PC experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint are essential
• ERP system knowledge required; SAP preferred.
