Director -Community Transitions (Full-Time, Hybrid, North Carolina Based) (Personal Services)
The Director of Community Transitions position oversees the development and implementation of best practices for members who reside in an institution or are at imminent risk of institutional placement to transition to community-based living. This includes developing high quality teams and strong partnerships with a myriad of stakeholders to carry out all the functions of in-reach, diversion and transition which are essential to successful community living.
The selected candidate must reside in the State of North Carolina and will be required to work from the Alliance office located closest to their residency, at minimum one day a week. The ability to travel across the Alliance catchment area to meet with community stakeholders and to attend in-person staff meetings at any of the Alliance offices as needed is also required.

Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Public Health, or related field from an accredited college/university and seven (7) years of progressive experience with behavioral health population, with at least 5 years progressive management experience
or
Master's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Public Health, or related field from an accredited college/university and five (5) years of progressive experience with behavioral health population, with at least 5 years progressive management experience

Salary Range
$98,800-$125,970/Annually
Exact compensation will be determined based on the candidate's education, experience, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
