Applicants for this position must be able to work off-shift (2nd, 3rd, and weekend crew).
The Furnace Operator is a member of our production team and is responsible for loading and unloading castings in and out of heat treat furnaces and monitoring furnaces. This position requires the ability to climb ladders, have strong attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
