The Role:
As a General Manager of our Earthbar location, you will lead all operations and people related responsibilities for your assigned store. Some of the responsibilities are listed below:
Lead daily operations to ensure a high standard of service and product quality.Supervise staff, providing training and development to enhance team performance.Manage inventory levels and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.Implement effective marketing strategies to promote Earthbar's offerings.Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.Engage with customers to build relationships and enhance their experience at Earthbar.Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while promoting our mission of holistic wellbeing.

Below are some of the qualifications we believe can help a candidate WIN at Earthbar:
At least 2 years of proven experience in food service management or similar roles within the hospitality industry.Strong supervisory skills with a passion for team development and training.At least 1 year of experience in creating and maintaining employee schedulesAt least 1 year of P&L responsibilities for a single unit operation Knowledge of POS systems and operational processes in a restaurant setting is preferred.Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers.The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Understanding food safety standards and regulations is essential.Experience in shift management is highly desirable.
Local food safety certification required.

How You Win: Compensation, Benefits & Perks
Base Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
Tips: $XXX per pay period*
Bonus Eligible: This role is eligible for store performance-based bonuses distributed quarterly.
Work life balance: General Managers at Earthbar are expected to work 35 to 40 hours per week.
