Partner Marketing Specialist
Location: Austin or Atlanta
This role requires a strong balance of relationship building, program management, content creation, and Go-to-Market planning and execution. The role will report to the Sr. Director of Partner Marketing and will work very closely with the global Partner Marketing team. The ideal candidate is based in Austin, TX or Atlanta, GA.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Marketing Specialist to join our global partner marketing team. This role is a hybrid position that combines elements of partner program management, partner marketing, and enablement. You will work closely with our partner marketing team to drive joint marketing activities and accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience managing B2B technology events, familiarity with digital marketing programs, and supporting a high-performing marketing team.
In this role, you will be expected to:
Partner Marketing Support: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events, including partner webinars, events, and engagement activities globally. Ensure all events are aligned with business objectives and partner team goals.
Partner Enablement: Assist in delivering partner training and enablement programs to ensure channel partners are fully equipped to represent the company's products and solutions. Develop partner communications and collateral.
Partner Marketing Operations: Assist in maintaining up-to-date data in Partner Marketing Asana board and marketing calendar
Website Support: Assist in creation and maintenance of partner listings and landing pages on corporate website
Assist Partner Marketing Managers with management of curated events and webinars, including content & landing page creation, registration management and reporting, and other ad-hoc tasks related to event execution and success
Manage global sponsorship program for Tier 1 Tricentis hosted events, including contracting, invoicing, and sponsor management
Be the marketing POC for "low touch" Tricentis Authorized partners
Ad-hoc projects to support partner engagement and growth
Requirements
Partner-Focused: Possess an expert understanding of how to drive pipeline and joint activities with and through the partner ecosystem.
Enterprise Technology Experience: Background in a B2B environment, high-tech products/services required; enterprise software experience preferred.
Innovative & Impactful Partner Marketer: Have a strong understanding of best-in-class marketing techniques and apply them to partner needs. Generate fresh ideas for partner led marketing offerings and continue to develop new methods and approaches.
Experience and Qualifications
3-5 years of marketing experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment with at least 2 years of partner or field marketing experience. Able to work a flexible schedule to align with global stakeholders, as needed
Experience in working with Salesforce.com and/or Marketo, understanding of marketing automation
Experience in website management with proficiency in Wordpress or other content management systems
Understanding of partner ecosystems, including GSI and SI models
Experience in fast growth environment is preferred
Minimum of bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required
