Physical Therapist (PT) (Healthcare)
This is a salaried Full-Time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
This position requires a valid Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license, a valid Pennsylvania driver's license, and reliable internet access.

As Homeland HomeHealth's Physical Therapist, according to prescribed policies and procedures of the organization including all applicable state, federal and accreditation regulations and under the general supervision of the Assistant Director of HomeHealth, the Physical Therapist (PT) evaluates and provides treatment to HomeHealth patients who are referred by the physician. The PT must have knowledge and understanding of a patient's illness or injury and the ability to assess these needs and plan appropriate interventions. The role of the PT is to work as part of an interdisciplinary team to assist the patient in achieving his/her optimum goals
Requirements include:
Education and Experience:
Must be a graduate of a physical therapy program approved by an accredited organization: The Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education, The American Physical Therapy Association, The Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association
Minimum Bachelor's degree with licensure required
Advanced degree, Master's or Doctorate preferred.
Minimum of two (2) years' experience as a physical therapist.
Home health experience preferred.
Must demonstrate the ability to be able to work within a multidisciplinary team setting.
Licensure, Registration, and Certification:
Must possess current license as a Physical Therapist from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or made application for same.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation that is insured in accordance with Pennsylvania state requirements.
Satisfactory criminal background checks.
Satisfactory references from employers and/ or professional peers.
Maintains current CPR certification
Access to reliable internet access outside of the workplace setting.
