Role reports to: Director of Integrated Risk Manager
Location: Summit NJ ( Kenvue is currently in the process of moving its Global Headquarters from Skillman, NJ to Summit, NJ. This role is based in Summit, NJ but there may be a period of time during the transition that you must report to Skillman, NJ.)

Pay: $98,000-$167,900
What you will do
The Global Risk Manager supports all aspects of the integrated risk management program. The Global Risk Manager is responsible for collection of relevant, timely and credible risk intelligence and for performing associated horizon scanning efforts to proactively detect emerging risks that could impact Kenvue's people, assets and its operations worldwide. This position is responsible for partnership with various corporate functions across the enterprise, including but not limited to Risk Management, Global Security, Communications, Government Affairs, Legal, Supply Chain, Cybersecurity, among others. The Global Risk Manager is responsible for merging all the internal and external related intelligence into an easily digestible format, including visual dashboards and intelligence summaries. The Global Risk Manager is responsible for proactive identification of risks that may impact the organization, including reporting and monitoring of those risks, specifically supporting e2e value chain activities. The team is responsible for identifying, assessing and managing current and emerging risks to Kenvue's business model and strategy.
This position reports to the Director of Integrated Risk Management Program and is also responsible for support of crisis management and business continuity planning efforts, including scenario-planning efforts, tabletop exercises and preparation of lessons learned and after-action reports. The Global Risk Manager serves as a back up to the Director of Integrated Risk:
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement global risk management strategies and policies in alignment with the company's objectives.
• Collaborate with various corporate functions, including but not limited to Integrated Risk Management, Global Security, Communications, Government Affairs, Legal, Supply Chain, Cybersecurity and other functions responsible for collection of risk related intelligence in efforts to streamline risk monitoring and awareness efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging risks and trends in the industry to ensure the organization is prepared to address potential threats. Analyze emerging risks and prepare risk dashboards, trend reports and intelligence summaries, creating a holistic view of Kenvue's risk landscape.
• Support activities of the Integrated and Regional Risk Management Councils, including preparation of pre-reads, meeting summaries; tracking and ensuring completion of action items and other related efforts.
• Responsible for the continuous improvement of reporting risks across the enterprise. This includes supporting the development of and reporting Risk Control Self Assessments (RCSA) results, Key Risk Indicators (KRI), and risk scorecards to identify and mitigate risks.
• Support the implementation of an integrated risk solution, including reviewing and testing business requirements, managing project timelines and report statuses.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of risk management initiatives and recommend improvements as needed.
• Ensure consistency in standards, practices, and processes across all areas of responsibility
• Collaborate with supply chain leaders to identify and mitigate end-to-end value chain risks
• Maintain and update risk management plans in alignment with business and strategic plans
• Provide coordination and support of active crisis management efforts, working closely with Global, Regional and Country/Site level crisis management teams.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in risk management, preferably in a global or multinational organization.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to risk management.
• 5-10 years of experience in risk management for manufacturing, materials, facilities, and distribution operations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work on complex projects with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to execute thoroughly in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and data analysis skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple objectives
• Ability to drive complex solutions and analytics to provide ongoing and automated monitoring of key risks

What's in it for you
• Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $98,000-$167,900. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
