Oxbow Calcining LLC is currently looking for a Corporate Reliability Engineer to join our team. Essential Job Duties: Leads efficiency functions for the plant in support of injury and incident free operations. Includes development & implementation of standard processes, procedures & work instructions, analysis of equipment, equipment application, failure analysis, management & maintenance practices, organizational capability and training.Facilitates the review of all reliability and efficiency processes, including company expectations, documentation, and evaluations of new or modified facility and maintenance processes. Includes implementation of processes to ensure integrity with other practices and facility activities.Supports continual improvement, tracks and reports reliability and efficiency metrics, optimizes use of the computerized maintenance management system, and develops and implements preventive/predictive maintenance programs.Responsible for workforce development to facilitate process change, including supervisor skills enhancement, maintenance skills, technical and troubleshooting, and other training.Applies operations knowledge and experience to assist other management team members in development of processes and practices to achieve business plans and initiatives and special projects.Works with each direct report, where applicable, to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.Supports management with special projects and workflow process improvements and other duties as assigned.
