Position Overview:
We are looking for a Program Control Analyst to provide business analyst support to a variety of exciting Intel programs.

Responsibilities:
Familiarity with Project Control Life Cycle (Planning, Tracking, Analysis, Review and Reporting)
Proactively partner with program management team with analysis and recommendations within the scope of program control
Support preparation of client status reports, program reviews, or program related financial requests for clients, internal management, and other stakeholders
Build and maintain current, accurate, and timely bottom-up Estimates-at-Completion (EACs) for all project types and conduct monthly review meetings with Stakeholders
Support the development and maintenance of portfolio forecasts during monthly updates
Monitor and review project and program expenditures for accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with accounting department in resolving any discrepancies or mis-coding of expenditures
Coordinate with project team to provide project setup, labor assignments, WBS structure to Project Accounting
Perform bi-monthly time card analysis to ensure timely and accurate charging; review invoices
Review and analyze contract awards and modifications to ensure program meets financial requirements and expectations
Support the monthly business rhythms of both the program and finance organizations
Work independently and as part of a team; coordinate with other office locations and teams such as Contracts and Human Resources
Required Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Security Clearance
Minimum of 7 years of experience performing a project control function. Must have knowledge of government contract types
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with equivalent experience. 4 additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
An understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Cost accounting Standards (CAS)
Strong verbal and written skills
Strong data analytical skills to support the financial and analytical requirements of the position
Flexibility in work schedule during month end close and tight deliverables deadline
Team player with positive, 'can-do' attitude and operations support focus
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in working on Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) contracts
Experience in working intercompany transactions especially with commercial teams in a Govt contract environment
Demonstrated Excel and report-writing skills; experience with Deltek Costpoint, COGNOS and Concur
Knowledge of or experience with project controls practices and principles, including rules of engagements, status reporting, and what-if analysis
Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions to a variety of challenges in a growth environment
Experience with Excel VBA & SAP is a plus but not required
Utilize ProPricer and Microsoft Office to produce meaningful cost models and accurate, timely reports
Pay Range: $125,000 - $145,000
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
