Location: Summit, NJ
Travel: 25%
Duration: 2-year fixed term
Pay: Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $137,000 to $235,750. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
What you will do
The North America Operations team is on a multi-year journey to transform the way we work across people, process and technology. The Director NA Operations Transformation Project Leader is responsible for supporting Operations Transformation Programs in North America. The Program Leader will ensure the execution of the regional roadmap identifying for business to improve efficiency and establishing new ways of working through process improvements and utilization of resources. As the Program Leader, you will be accountable for ensuring costs and benefits related to transformation programs are represented in regional business plans. The Program Leader will own documentation of current and future SOPs and updating from current to future state. The Program Leader will lead change management activities across the transformation programs including stakeholder engagement, training documentation and master data. The Program Leader will facilitate communication across NA to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged. The Program Leader role is a two-year time bound assignment to lead the overall transformation of our NA Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and implementation of all regional transformation programs
- Lead and drive the change management for the organization across people, process and tool capabilities needed to support regional transformation programs
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance end-to-end operations
- Develop and execute a comprehensive capability roadmap to support organizational goals
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop and implement metrics to measure project success and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Manage project budget and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Support cross-functional teams to drive transformational change and continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in the development of business objectives, policies and procedures and ensure their integration and execution
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in related supply chain roles
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of driving transformational change and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Experience in developing and implementing end-to-end supply chain planning strategies and capabilities
- Knowledge of manufacturing cost control, capacity planning, and facility requirements
- Ability to develop and maintain standard operating procedures and ensure their execution
- Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes to maintain a safe and productive work environment
- Experience in state-of-the-art Planning Tools such as Anaplan®, OMP ® or equivalent technology
