Regional Talent Manager (Creative Design)
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning:
Demonstrated experience in field recruitment and grass roots recruitment strategies.Develop and execute regional talent acquisition and workforce management strategies aligned with business goals.Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce trends across multiple locations.Analyze talent metrics to drive data-driven decisions and improve hiring efficiency.Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies in all regions of operation.Proven track record in high-volume hiring forecast hiring.
Candidate Sourcing & Assessment:
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles.Build talent pipelines through networking, partnerships, digital recruiting strategies, and grass roots efforts.Conduct candidate assessments, including interviews, skills evaluations, and cultural fit.
Workforce Management & Development:
Partner with HR and business leaders to optimize workforce allocation and mobility.Support employee retention strategies through career development and succession planning initiatives.Provide guidance on workforce trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence.Lead employer branding efforts to position the company as an employer of choice.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.Train and coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices and candidate selection.Foster strong relationships with external community partners, universities, and professional organizations.
Qualifications & Experience:
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition management, workforce planning, or HR leadership, preferably in a multi-location setting.Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, talent analytics, and HR compliance.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR technologies.Ability to travel as needed to support regional hiring efforts (approximately 70% travel).
Preferred Skills:
Experience in high-growth or multi-state operations.Knowledge of labor market trends and employment regulations across different regions.Strong project management and organizational skills.
